Welcome to Wildfoot Explores Hi, I'm Shawn. I'm a truck driver based in Alberta, Canada, and the founder of Wildfoot Explores. For more than 15 years I've worked throughout the forests, mountains, lease roads, and remote backcountry of Alberta and Western Canada, spending countless nights in locations where most people never go. Along the way I've developed a lifelong fascination with Sasquatch, wilderness mysteries, folklore, and the stories people carry with them. Originally from Northern Ontario, I've been interested in Sasquatch for most of my life. Whether it was talking to people about encounters, reading reports, researching sightings, or simply asking questions, the subject has followed me from Ontario to Alberta and has remained one of my biggest passions. Wildfoot Explores was built as a place where people can share encounters, ask questions, discuss theories, and explore the unknown without judgment. Whether your experience involves Sasquatch, strange lights, unusual sounds, or something you simply can't explain, your story matters here. I'm also an author with multiple books covering Sasquatch, cryptids, paranormal topics, and unexplained mysteries. Much of my research comes from speaking directly with witnesses, hunters, campers, truck drivers, outdoorsmen, Indigenous knowledge keepers, and everyday people who have experienced something they couldn't explain. At its heart, Wildfoot Explores is about curiosity, respect, community, and keeping the conversation alive. The search is on.
